Detroitwalkbeforethelaunch
Ahead of the Season Launch, Gian spent time walking through Detroit to build a visual understanding of the city. His images explored the automotive identity that defines the area, featuring Ford vehicles of different eras and styles alongside well-known locations such as Ford Field Arena and other recognisable city landmarks.
This pre-launch walk was about context. Detroit’s history of engineering, manufacturing and reinvention mirrors many of the values that underpin Formula One today. By documenting the city before the event, Gian’s work connects place and performance, giving the launch a stronger sense of location and meaning.

On the day of launch, Gian worked with our drivers, Liam and Arvid, on a pre-launch shoot. The session focused on capturing the drivers in a calm environment.

Gian used his imagery and creative approach to produce a short-form reel that aligns closely with the VCARB tone and visual language. The finished piece is now live on the VCARB Instagram, offering fans an early look at the drivers ahead of launch through a creator-led perspective.
